A little something that I have learned over the past few days is that, no matter how alone & discouraged you are, you actually & in such a way that it's really impossible to believe aren't alone? :] When you feel so down in the dumps, somehow out of no where there will always be someone to put a smile back on your face. It may not happen instantly, it might even take longer than you think but when it happens, the way you look at things will be completely different. So something that I do whenever this happens is to constantly remind myself of the happy things that have happened when I felt this way or maybe just doodle my thoughts on to a piece of paper.
